ONIC Golden Oaks LLC acquired the Golden Oaks apartmentws from Golden Oaks Affordable Partners Ltd. and Golden Oaks of Florida LP May 18, accordintg to Orange County records. Real Estate Investmenyt Services Orlando agents Patrick Skinner andKevijn Yaryan, along with Washington agents Armand Tiberio, Robery Sheppard and Spencer Hurst, represented he while Tiberio, Sheppard and Hurst also represented ONIC Goldenj Oaks.
